Meet Dr. Richard Shuman
Dr. Shuman attended Baylor University in Waco and then earned his DDS degree from the UT Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio (UTHSCSA). He is a proud native Texan and grew up in Coppell, a suburb of Dallas.
Dr. Shuman is a believer in postgraduate education and sees the importance of continuing to learn and stay up to date with ever changing products, materials, and techniques. He has completed the well-known Dental Implant Preceptorship at UTHSCSA. He has also begun training at the prestigious Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Dallas District Dental Society.
He enjoys all phases of dentistry, but thoroughly enjoys restoring complex dental situations as well as cosmetic dentistry. With the use of digital radiographs and an intraoral camera, Dr. Shuman will sit down with you and take the time necessary to explain and discuss any options so that together we can help you achieve your dental goals and oral health.
